I was born on February 17, 1981. I grew up in the small, rural town of Geneva, Indiana. Growing up in such a small town really forces a young person to have an extremely creative imagination. While I was a little kid I would come up with drawing games and puzzles to keep me busy. I would have drawing contests with my younger sister, Erin. I never really knew that I wanted to be an artist until I started high school. I was kind of the class clown and would always draw funny caricatures of the teachers just to make my friends laugh. While trying to decide what I was going to do for the rest of my life I really never thought about going to school for art. I always had the image of the "starving artist" in my head. After a taking a graphic design class and talking the teacher about what kind of jobs were in the art field, I decided to go to college for Computer Art.
